History
The founder of the family was Rao Bar Singh, son of Raja Udayakarna, 3rd Raja of Amber 1367/1389, and who received Mojad (Mozamabad) and was ancestor of the rulers of Alwar, Lawa and Uniara.
Genealogy
- Rao Karamchand, he succeeded in Mozamabad, he made an attempt on the Amber gaddi but was murdered; married and had issue, six sons. He was killed shortly after 1525.
