History

Maharaj Jagroop Singhji was the 1st son of Maharaj Saheb Jhujhar Singh ji of Amjhera and grandson of Maharaj Shri Ram Rai Ji of Marwar. Chadawad is a junior branch of Amjhera. Raja Ram Singh was first son of Rao Maldev of Marwar and later moved to Sachor and his ancestors Rao Jagnnath Ji established Amjhera State in 1606.

Amjhera 21 family Estate Thikana Balipur, Chicli, Molana, Jolana, Timaychi, Sandala Saroti, Salwa, Dattigaon Jagir, Hanumantiya, Kag, Balod, Phulgawdi, Gumanpura, Sinduriya, Keriya, Ringnod, Bhopawar, Later British gifted Amjhera area to Scindia's of Gwalior.

Junior Branches of Chadawad are Thikana Sandala Saroti, Thikana Keriya, Thikana Sinduriya and Thikana Hanumantiya Kag.
