The estae was granted to Thakur Karam Singh, second son of Thakur Ram Singh of Harani, and his wife, Thakurani Rup Kunwar. Rohua ranked 11th in precedence amongst the nobles of Sirohi in 1893.

  • Thakuran Raj Shri UMMAID SINGH, 10th Thakuran Raj Shri of Rohua, he succeeded in samvat 1917, he established a number of villages, including Umaidpur and Rajpur in 1859, and Pithapur in 1862; afterwards he gave shelter to the Thakur of Mandali in Jodhpur state, contrary to the orders of the Maharao, who sent the states armed forces against him, but he escaped into the hills and the thikana was taken over by Sirohi state and only returned after the payment of a hefty fine; married Thakurani Rattan Kunwar, daughter of Thakur Narayan Das Bhati of Bagol. He died sp.

  • Thakuran Raj Shri AJIT SINGH, 13th Thakuran Raj Shri of Rohua, born about 1852, son of Thakur Dhan Singh of Joolpur (see above), and succeeded by adoption, he founded the village of Rampura in samvat 1949, he also succeeded to his fathers jagir of Joolpur, in samvat 1954, he was granted the privilege of wearing gold on his ankles by Maharao Shri Kesari Singhji of Sirohi; married and had issue, one son.
