Sajiyali Padamsingh

Sajiyali Padamsingh is a notable Mahecha Rathore thikana (estate) located in the historic Mallani region near Barmer, Rajasthan. The estate was originally granted to Thakur Shyam Singh, the younger son of Rawal Pratap Singh I of the premier estate of Jasol. Belonging to the Mahecha clan of the Rathore dynasty, the rulers of this thikana trace their ancestry back to the revered 14^th-century warrior-saint Rawal Mallinath. Historically, Sajiyali Padamsingh operated under the administrative sphere of the Jodhpur State (Marwar) while retaining significant local autonomy typical of the Mallani jagirdars, a status that was preserved through treaty arrangements during the British colonial period until the integration of Rajasthan into independent India.
