History
Rulers of Ridi are descendants of Maharajkumar Chattar Singhji of Bikaner. Maharaj's of Ridi are the closest relatives of the Maharaja and enjoy status of brother and are third branch of Dyodhiwale Rajvi ( descendants of Maharajkumar Chattar Singh, including Maharaja Dungar Singh, Maharaja Ganga Singh and the Thikana of Anoopgarh, Kharda (Tejrasar) and Ridi) of Gajsinghot clan nobles of Bikaner State.The estate was granted to Maharaj Khadag Singhji, previous base of the family was the jagir of Khilriya and in addition to this Ridi was granted by Maharaja Ganga Singhji to Maharaj Jagamal Singhji son of Maharaj Nahar Singhji of Khilriya.
