History

Rulers of Ghadiyala are descendants of Rawal Raghunath Singhji Ruler of erstwhile Derawar State in present day Sindh province of Pakistan. On treacherous killing of his father by Pathans and subsequent usurping of throne, Rajkumar Zalim Singhji in his minority migrated to Bikaner and sought refuge. He had served with distinction in the court of Maharaja Gaj Singhji of Bikaner and was conferred with Patta of Ghadiyala and Dohri Tazim and Kurab Hath in Bikaner Darbar in 1754 AD. The Chief is the premiere noble of Bikaner State and is counted amongst Parsangi of the Royal Family due to matrimonial alliance and consisted of 12 villages.
