History

Dalniya and Kaladehra jagir of 12 villages was granted to Rao Manohardas ji by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II of Jaipur, but their son Rao Surajmal and Chiman Singh died without son, so the Jagir was taken back by jaipur. After few years later, Thakur Sur Singh, descendant of Thakur Swarup Singh of Lakhasar, was granted Dalniya Thikana of 5 villages and ‘Raj Shri’ title.
